Contract Type FiledJuly 28th, 2017The Agreement to furnish certain goods and services described herein and in the documents referenced herein (“Services”) is made by and between The Regents of the University of California, a California public corporation (“UC”) on behalf of the University of California, [Buyer: if applicable, add name of campus], and the supplier named below (“Supplier”). This Agreement is for an advance purchase of Services associated with a future construction project. This advance purchase will allow for fabrication to commence prior to and in concert with the construction project and schedule. To that end, this Agreement will be assigned by UC to the successful contractor for the construction project. The assignee contractor will assume the entirety of UC’s role in the Agreement and will be subject to all terms of the Agreement applicable to UC. Regardless of any assignment, Supplier will not be relieved from any of the terms of the Agreement.
