Hubbe Inc. owns and operates the Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS) called The ECE Hubbe. The Student Information System component of the Early Childhood Integrated Data System is called The SIS Hubbe. The SIS Hubbe is a browser-based web application with a centralized database that tracks, measures, stores, and reports the data needed to implement and manage a successful infant, toddler and/or preschool program and to improve the quality of early childhood education. SIS Hubbe has been specifically designed to support agencies to successfully administer their California State Preschool Programs (CSPP and CCTR) and report the outcomes to the California Department of Education and to the California Department of Social Services. The system can also be used to manage private-pay programs as many state-funded preschool providers also serve families with tuition-based services when needed.
