This Precious Metals Storage Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Money Metals Depository LLC1 (“Depository”) and the Customer identified below (“Customer”). Under the terms of this Agreement, on behalf of the Customer, the Depository shall hold in its custody Vault Metals (“Vault Metals”), which is limited to the following products: Vault Gold, Vault Silver, Vault Platinum, and Vault Palladium bullion. All other bullion coins, rounds, and bars must be stored under a separate Storage Agreement and separate Storage Account.
