(“Effective Date”) by and between Toni G. Jensen, DSW, (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”), the County of Lancaster, Nebraska on behalf of Lancaster County Human Services, (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), Lincoln Community Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “LCF”), and Woods Charitable Fund, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “WCF”). Collectively the County, LCF, WCF, and the Contractor may be referred to as “Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
