This Sprint Centurion Maintenance Service Product Annex, together with the applicable cover agreement and the equipment list, (collectively, the “Agreement”), will govern Sprint’s provision and Customer’s use of Sprint’s equipment maintenance services. The Standard Terms and Conditions for Communications Services will also apply to the extent incorporated by the applicable cover agreement.
