This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into this day of April, 2020 by and between the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority (the “Authority”), a joint powers agency of the State of California (the “Authority”), on behalf of its members participating in the Grassland Drainage Management Activity Agreement (“GBD”); and [PEREIRA] (“Pereira”), an individual landowner.
