These Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) form a part of the Software Service Agreement and the data processing agreement (collectively the “Agreement”) with Golf Genius Software, Inc. (“GGS”) and the Customer that agreed Agreement, for the purposes of Article 26(2) of Directive 95/46/EC for the transfer of personal data to entities established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.
