SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT OR 30-YEAR CONTRACT FOR
Supplement to Agreement • February 19th, 2019

This supplement obligates restoration funds based on the preliminary Wetland Reserve Plan of Operations (WRPO) developed for the enrollment referenced above in furtherance of the terms of the “Agreement for the Purchase of Conservation Easement” (NRCS-LTP-31) or “Agreement to Enter Contract for 30-Year Land Use” (NRCS-LTP-40), further referred to as “the enrollment agreement.” No payments will be made from this supplement. To be valid, this supplement must be properly completed and must be associated with a valid enrollment agreement or closed easement or executed 30-year contract and be based on a fully documented preliminary WRPO that has been reviewed with the landowner. Prior to scheduling and authorizing practices or making payments, an easement restoration agreement (which may be a Federal contract; a cooperative, contribution, or interagency agreement; or a landowner conservation program contract) must be developed and executed based on the final WRPO, and a final obligation of
