SULLIVAN, TRUSTEE OF THE CHRIS SULLIVAN NON-EXEMPT IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED JANUARY 5, 2000 and THE CHRIS SULLIVAN EXEMPT IRREVOCABLE TRUST DATED JANUARY 5, 2000 (collectively the “Prior Trusts”).
