This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among TechSmart, Inc., a C-Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business in Seattle, WA; the Grand Prairie Independent School District (“GPISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education; and Dallas College, a Texas political subdivision of higher education on behalf of the Mountain View Campus, and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School (“P-TECH”) model at South Grand Prairie Early College High School (the “Program”).
