This Contract makes it possible for the Contracting Partner to book the air carriage agreements offered by TfV, as specified in greater detail in Section 1 Para. 1 of this Contract. The air services booked are provided by the airlines indicated when the booking is made. TfV concludes the air carriage agreements in its own name as the contractual air carrier and is itself a contracting party to the air carriage agreements brokered through the Contracting Partner.
