THIS WATER AND SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of December 2021, by and between JOHNSTOWN VILLAGE, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Developer”), and THE TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, a Colorado municipal corporation, (“Town”), collectively sometimes referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
