Schedule”) is hereby entered into under and pursuant to that certain Master Lease-Purchase Agreement, dated as of July 1, 1998 (the “Lease Agreement”), pursuant to which the Corporation has agreed to lease-purchase to the Board and the Board has agreed to lease-purchase from the Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement, the Series 2002 Project as herein described. The Trustee, as Assignee of the Corporation, hereby demises, leases and subleases to the Board, and the Board hereby hires, takes, leases and subleases from the Trustee, the Series 2002 Premises described herein. The Lease Agreement with respect to this Lease Schedule and as modified and supplemented hereby is referred to herein as the “Series 2002 Lease”. All defined terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings therefor set forth in the Lease Agreement.
