RE: COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP AND THE WEST GOSHEN POLICE OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATIONAgreement • December 14th, 2022
Before the Board of Supervisors this evening consideration of approving a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between West Goshen Township and the West Goshen Police Officers’ Association. This CBA will cover five (5) years (January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027). The current CBA expires on December 31, 2022. At the November 15, 2022 meeting, the Board approved a Memorandum of Understanding that memorialized the negotiated terms that were incorporated into the new CBA that is before the Board this evening. I commend all parties involved in their work to reach this agreement and avoid arbitration.
