This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 2013, by and between the Housing Authority of San Joaquin County, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Authority”), and the City of Stockton, a California Charter City, (“City”). The City and the Authority hereinafter may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or in the singular as “Party,” as the context requires.
