This is a Membership Agreement (“Agreement”), made and entered in this day of , 20 , by and between Redwood City School District (“RCSD”), Redwood City Together (Redwood City Together), a community collaborative that coordinates the delivery of services to children, youth and families living in the City of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks, an unincorporated area adjacent to City of Redwood City, and THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") serving as Fiscal Agent for Redwood City Together (collectively, “the Parties”).
