This is an agreement between the Exhibitor/Vendor (hereafter entitled vendor) and the Southeast Region, Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. (hereafter entitled Southeast Region) for exhibit/vending space at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia on the dates noted below. Contract terms are as follows:
