Use of the SOFTWARE provided with this agreement (the "SOFTWARE") constitutes acceptance by the Licencee of these terms, and is is conditioned upon compliance by the Licencee with the terms of this agreement. "Licencee" means the company, entity or individual specified on the cover letter accompanying the software, and includes, but is not limited to employees of the Licencee.
