By signing this Reservation Agreement, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and agree to abide by all of the Blue Surf Condominium Rules and Regulations which has been given to me and is in my possession. I further confirm by signing this Reservation Agreement that I will be present at all times during the function. I also understand that I am fully responsible for returning the facility to its pre- existing level of cleanliness, for any damage resulting from my event and no release of responsibility will be made until the Blue Surf Condominium Staff approves the condition of the clubroom.
