This is the Custody Agreement (the "Agreement", as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time) between you (the "Client") and Solar Patch Limited ("Solar Patch") (the "Custodian") (collectively the "Parties" and each a "Party"). This Agreement sets forth terms and conditions under which you intend to appoint the Custodian to provide custodial services and the Custodian to perform such services (the "Custodial Services").
