These quality expectations apply to Finished Medical Devices (FMD), products, components and services supplied to INVACARE. Suppliers have a direct impact on INVACARE’s ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Accordingly, it is important to understand expectations, identify gaps and track progress to gap resolution. INVACARE desires to establish long- term relationships with suppliers who strive to meet performance expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
