This Agreement is between DC and the participant ("you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you agree to use DC DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Internet Access Service, Wireless Internet Service, or Dial-Up Internet Service. Unless otherwise provided, the terms and conditions for the equipment used in association with this Service are those terms and conditions provided by the equipment manufacturer.
