This Statement of Work (the “SOW”), effective as of (the “Effective Date”), is intended to be one of several Statements of Work to become effective under State of Texas DIR Master Agreement between Lexmark International, Inc. (‘Lexmark”) and (“Customer”) dated (the “Agreement”). Each Statement of Work, in conjunction with the terms of the Agreement shall constitute a separate agreement, distinct from any other. The terms of this Statement of Work shall not apply to or become part of another Statement of Work, except that the terms of the Agreement shall pertain to all.
