WHEREAS, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (the “MPTN”) desires to engage the Consultant to perform certain services relating to the Project. The Project shall be described on the Purchase Order (the “PO”) issued by the MPTN (the “Project”). The Consultant shall be deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions of this Web Page upon signature of the PO by Consultant; and

WHEREAS, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, a federally recognized Indian Tribe or any instrumentality thereof, including, but not limited to, the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise d/b/a Foxwoods Resort Casino (“MPTN”) desires to engage the Consultant to perform certain services relating to the Project. The Project shall be described on the Purchase Order (the “PO”) issued by MPTN (the “Project”). The Consultant shall be deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions contained herein upon signature of the PO by Consultant; and

WHEREAS, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, or any instrumentality thereof, including, but not limited to, the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise d/b/a Foxwoods Resort Casino (collectively referred to hereafter as “MPTN”), desires to engage the Consultant to perform certain services relating to the Project. The Project shall be described on the Purchase Order (the “PO”) issued by MPTN; The Consultant shall be deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions contained herein (the “Agreement”) upon signature of the PO by Consultant; and
