This Blackboard Order Form (“Order Form”) by and between Blackboard Inc. This Order Form, together with the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between The Interlocal Purchasing System (“TIPS”) and Blackboard effectively dated June 26, 2019 (Contract #181204) and October 9, 2019 (Contract #190701) and incorporated by this reference, form the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the products and services set forth in the Product and Pricing Summary.
