This Mutual Aid Agreement for Water/Wastewater Providers (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by public and private water and wastewater service providers that have, by executing this Agreement, manifested their intent to participate in an Intrastate Program for Mutual Aid and Assistance, which is known as the Pennsylvania Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (PaWARN) (each a “Party,” and collectively, “the Parties”).
