Recommended Action: Move that the Board execute Contract KC-133-20 Amendment C with Kitsap Community Resources to provide housing subsidies for individuals in Kitsap County that meet criteria outlined in the statements of work. Summary: This subcontract with Kitsap Community Resources increases funding by$738,596 for housing subsidies and services to residents of Kitsap County who meet qualifications for HARPS as described in the statement of work. The contract term is January 1, 2020 – June 30, 2022
