Contract Type FiledOctober 19th, 2012With this agreement, the University of Idaho College of Law (henceforth the “College of Law”) and the University of Idaho graduate program in Bioregional Planning and Community Design within the University Wide Programs reporting structure (henceforth the “BPCD Program”) form a concurrent degree agreement wherein students can be concurrently admitted to the College of Law and the BPCD Program. Students concurrently enrolled may take courses in the College of Law and the BPCD Program, enabling them to earn both the Juris Doctor (“J.D.”) and Master of Science in Bioregional Planning and Community Design (“M.S.BioP”) degrees.
