This HEC Independent Affiliate Membership Agreement (the “Agreement” ) is a legal contract between HEC Global, Inc., a California corporation ( “HEC” ) and the undersigned individual desiring to become an HEC Independent Affiliate Member ( “Affiliate” ) in the HEC Independent Affiliate Program (the “HEC Program” ). HEC or Affiliate may be referred to as collectively as “Parties” or individually as a “Party” in this Agreement. This Agreement will become effective when it is accepted online by the Affiliate and confirmed on the HEC Program website (the “Effective Date”).
