The above-mentioned customer requests GKT Refrigeration, Inc. to service equipment for warranty repair. The credit card will only be charged in the event the warranty equipment is deemed either to be in perfect working condition, improper installation, has issues due to wear and tear through normal use, or has sustained damage though, misuse, negligence, lack of or improper cleaning/maintenance, electrical surges, hard water, or any other damage that is not covered under the manufactures warranty or the equipment is no longer under warranty per the factory or work is denied by manufacturer. When the invoice for warranty work is paid by the said manufacture the credit card information will be shredded for your security.
