This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made the day of December, 2015, by and between the City of Fresno, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and The American Red Cross, a National non-profit corporation (“American Red Cross”) to establish the scope of services that American Red Cross is able to provide in relation to the emergency situation at the Summerset Village Apartments, which are located at 2103 N. Angus Ave., Fresno, CA 93703. This MOU will outline the responsibilities of the parties and serve as a formal agreement between both parties.
