This Terms of Use (the “TOU”) is entered into between you and Spring 2 Early Learning Centre Ltd., dba Asio Live (“Asio Live”) and applies to any website or service provided by Asio Live, including but not limited to the Asio Live video and audio camera service (the “Application”) and other services where Asio Live chooses to apply the TOU (collectively, the “Service”).
