This Agreement made and entered into by and between the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and the City of Missoula is to address the need for improving air quality by reducing PM-10 particulate matter in Missoula. The acquisition of equipment identified in this Agreement provides the City of Missoula the means to reduce PM-10 particulate matter and it is understood the equipment will be used solely for this purpose.
