, it has been made a General Condition of this Policy that, in the event of any accident, I/We am/are not entitled to abandon the salvage of the captioned vehicle insured by General Accident Insurance Company (Ja.) Limited. This applies regardless of the method of settlement of my/our claim, or whether or not General Accident Insurance Company (Ja.) Limited has taken possession of the vehicle.
