This Qwarta Agreement (together with all of its attachments, addendum, and other amendments) is made and entered into by and between the Customer and Home Credit. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to be unconditionally bound to the provisions and statements contained in this Qwarta Agreement (including the Specific Terms and Conditions, Fees and Charges), the General Terms and Conditions, and the Applicant Consent Form, and agrees that the same shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the Qwarta Agreement.
