The employees covered by this Agreement shall be all the office, clerical and technical employees of the Company in the District of save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, employees covered by subsisting collective agreements binding upon the Company and employees of the Company in the classificationsset forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made part hereof. Furthermore the Company agrees it will promote employees who have been demoted and recall former employees who have been laid off and who have recall rights, provided those employees and former employees can fill the normal requirements of the job and are readily available before work which could be performed by the bargaining unit employees of a duration of 14 calendar days or longer is contracted out.
