CONDITIONS (the “Agreement”) made effective on the effective date set forth in the attached Order (“Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Net Ref Education, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having its principle place of business at 11545 West Bernardo Court, Suite 204, San Diego, CA, 92127 (“NetRef”), and the customer name stated on the applicable purchase order executed between the parties (“Order”), a form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A (Form of Purchase Order), to permit Licensee to access and use NetRef’s software product identified in the Order and related data and documentation (“Documentation”) (such software product and Documentation are referred to collectively as, the “Software”).
