THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act this 9th day of April 2015 between the RAFFLES LOGISTICS OPERATIONS PTE LTD of 5 Changi South Street 3, Singapore 486117 (hereinafter called the “Company”) of the one part and the SINGAPORE INDUSTRIAL & SERVICES EMPLOYEES’ UNION, a trade union registered under the Trade Unions Act and having its registered office at 3 Bukit Pasoh Road, #05-00 Bukit Pasoh Building, Singapore 089817 (hereinafter called the “Union”) of the other part.
