YHTI shall supply the option of rental or purchase of customer premise equipment. In the event of rental, the customer premise equipment remains the property of YHTI. YHTI will be granted access to the customer premise so that equipment can be installed and maintained. Customer shall receive the rights and benefits of the services provided to the account.
