The Parties hereto wish to enter into this Premium Customer Service Package Agreement (the “Agreement”) for the provision of support on terms set out below for SAS software (the “Software”) as licensed to the Customer under the Master Licence Agreement number 84110 dated 1st May 2003 as amended by any supplements and/or amendments thereto (the “Licence Agreement”). SAS and Customer have agreed to enter into this Agreement on the terms and conditions set out below.
