THIS AGREEMENT is hereby made effective from the date of online registration by and between Sify Technologies Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India having registered office at II floor, Tidel Park, No 4 Canal Bank Road, Taramani, Chennai 600 113 (herein after referred as “Sify”) and the Customer registered online on Sify Portal provisioning for Cloudinfinit Services. The terms and conditions herein are hereby accepted and agreed by the Customer and Sify and made effective from the date of online registration by the Customer.
