This affiliation agreement is hereby made and entered into between TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-TEXARKANA, (hereinafter referred to as the “University”), a member of The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas, on behalf of the SCHOOL OF NURSING, and , (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), a licensed health care facility. University and Site are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and are jointly referred to as “Parties.”
