This Lotame Seller’s Portal Master Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (defined on the signature page), by and between Lotame Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 8850 Stanford Blvd., Suite 4000, Columbia, MD 21045, and the Customer set forth below (each, a “party” and collectively the “parties”). The parties agree as follows:
