In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC") and University of Pittsburgh, 3420 Forbes Ave, 300 MURDC, Pittsburgh, PA 15260 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "PITT"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
