In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Use and this Agreement, the terms set forth in this Agreement shall control solely as the conflict pertains to your use of the Canvas Platform. Otherwise, the Terms of Use shall control. See the end of this Agreement for definitions of capitalized terms.
