THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of WEST GROVE HOSPITAL COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is made as of the 26th day of December, 2007, by and among Community Health Investment Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“CHIC”), and each of the other persons and entities who are, or will become, members of the Company (collectively referred to herein as “Member or Members”). For the purposes of this Agreement, the term ‘‘Member or Members” includes all persons then acting in such capacity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
