THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of December, 2013 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of the Rapid City Area Origin and Destination Study for the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
