This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the Northern Arizona Council of Governments (“NACOG”), an Arizona non-profit corporation, with offices at 119 East Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona, and City of Flagstaff, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona, with offices at 211 West Aspen Avenue, Flagstaff, Arizona (“Coalition Member”). NACOG and the Coalition Member may also be referred to as “Party” or “Parties” in this Agreement.
