This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made by Plaintiff Sebastian Lazaro Cruz (“Plaintiff” or “Settlement Class Representative”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class Members he seeks to represent (“Settlement Class” or “Settlement Class Members,” as defined below), and Jame Roll Form Products, LLC d/b/a Venus Processing & Storage, Inc.
