Agreement Between You and YouMeCare. This document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (referred to as "You" and all its variants, whether capitalized or not), the user of the services (referred to as the "Service" or "Services") and software (referred to as the "Software") provided through the website YouMeCare.COM (the "Site") and any related mobile applications or other user interfaces available to the public, and HUXLEY HEALTH, INC., doing business as YouMeCare, a Florida corporation ("YouMeCare"). Acceptance of Terms. By using the Service or Software, you agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions in this Agreement, as well as any YouMeCare policies related to the Service or Software (referred to as "Policies"). All the terms and conditions in this Agreement and its Policies are incorporated herein by reference. You acknowledge that these terms and conditions and Policies may be updated and amended by YouMeCare from time to time.
